The Days of our Lives weekly spoilers update for June 15-19 reveal that Johnny gets a lot of information, and it leads him to tip off his father. Paulina and Abe are reminded of their anniversary as a major celebration takes over Salem. Plus, Marlena and Kate have it out.
Monday, June 8, 2026 – Episode #15395
Dr. Rolf (Richard Wharton) informed EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel) about the dead mouse. EJ demanded to know if Lexie (Nikki Crawford) would suffer the same fate. Dr. Rolf requested an examination for Lexie. Lexie reconnected with Kristen (Stacy Haiduk). While speaking to Kristen, Lexie’s hand started to shake. EJ interrupted their chat to talk with Lexie. She told him about her recent symptoms. Lexie agreed to meet with Dr. Rolf and vowed she would do anything to stay healthy and alive. Xander (Paul Telfer) blasted Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) for not taking Gabi’s (Cherie Jimenez) money for Titan. Philip threatened to quit if Xander accepted it. Kate (Lauren Koslow) arrived. When she learned what Philip was considering, she guilted him by playing the Victor (John Aniston) card. Kate revealed that she and Xander set up Johnny (Carson Boatman). Xander admitted to Kate that Marlena (Deidre Hall) gave him an ultimatum and reiterated that he planned to come clean with Johnny. EJ argued with Gabi over Stefan’s (Brandon Barash) inheritance. Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) filled Brady (Eric Marstolf) in on what happened with Destiny (Sarah Bartholomew) and her sister Clea. Brady agreed to look into their deaths. Sarah revealed Liam’s (Hank Northrop) half-brother, Charlie, used to be her sister Melissa’s (Lisa Trusel) stepson. Liam is Ivy’s (Holly Gagnier) son. Ari (Vico Escorcia) asked them to let her know if they found Liam, as she had something of his. Kate asked Ari to spy at DiMera for her, while Gabi and EJ saw Kristen slip a hotel key card into Xander’s pocket.
Tuesday, June 9, 2026 – Episode #15396
Leo (Greg Rikaart) learned that Gwen (Emily O’Brien) planned to take ownership of the hospital away from EJ. After he expressed concern, Leo realized that Gwen’s purchase of the hospital had to do with the Horton family. Gwen revealed that Dimitri (Peter Porte) has been sending her texts threatening to expose that she kidnapped him. EJ and Gabi argued over whether Gwen should know about Kristen and Xander. Gabi vowed not to tell her friend. Later, Gwen ran into EJ in Horton Town Square. They fought about Dimitri’s threats and played the blame game. EJ gloated as he told Gwen that Kristen and Xander were having a torrid affair. At the Salem Inn, Xander and Kristen got busy carefully because of his arm. They also bonded over their love for their daughters. Kristen told him Rachel was struggling at Bayview and blamed EJ for everything. Gwen banged on the door, demanding to be let in. Kristen and Xander claimed they were having a business meeting, and Gwen bought it. Stephanie (Abigail Klein) surprised Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) by coming back from China early. Their reunion was interrupted by Joy (AlexAnn Hopkins), who was desperate to find Kelsey’s (Lena and Mira Chase) stuffy, which was at the apartment. Alex gave Joy a key to the apartment in case Kelsey left anything else there. Stephanie told Alex she wanted a visit with Kelsey at their place without Joy. When Alex left, Stephanie took a sleeping pill and fell asleep on the couch. Joy returned to get her phone. After knocking on the door, Joy let herself in as Stephanie woke up, grabbed her gun, and fired a shot.
Wednesday, June 10, 2026 – Episode #15397
Luckily, Joy wasn’t hurt when Stephanie shot at her. Joy freaked out as Alex arrived and tried to defuse the situation. Jada (Elia Cantu) and Shawn (Brandon Beemer) saw the bullet outside the apartment and went to investigate. Stephanie owned her actions to Jada, who cautioned her to speak carefully. Shawn questioned Joy and Alex, with Alex pressuring Joy not to press charges. Joy left to be with Kelsey and filled Leo in on what happened with Stephanie in front of Alex. Leo jumped at the idea of a story, but Alex shut him down quickly. When Alex left, Joy vowed to Leo that Stephanie would never go near Kelsey. Holly (Ashley Puzemis) and Tate (Leo Howard) enjoyed some quality time together. Holly went to see Tate’s new gym, where he gave her some lessons before they hooked up on the gym floor. Gwen walked in looking for self-defense training. Tate agreed to teach her and was shocked to learn Gwen wanted to take the lessons to prevent EJ from killing her. Amy (Shi Ne Nielson) and Melinda (Tina Huang) bonded over their shared loss of their daughters. Melinda told Amy she needed to stop blaming herself because the guilt wouldn’t do her any good. Amy asked Melinda to file a civil suit against Holly. Later in Horton Town Square, Amy warned Holly things are not over. Gwen filled Leo in on what happened with Xander and Kristen. Leo didn’t buy the business meeting story. Gwen refused to believe they were sleeping together, but red flags were raised.
Thursday, June 11, 2026 – Episode #1539
Chanel (Raven Bowens) and Johnny informed Sarah they liked the new doctor and that Chanel was starting treatment. Chanel filled Paulina (Jackée Harry) in on her treatment plan, including delivering the baby early, not being able to breastfeed, and having to be careful around Trey because her immune system will be weak. Xander told Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews) that Titan was dropping the plagiarism lawsuit. Theo let Johnny know that Chanel would always be his sister, and he just wanted to help them during this time. Gabi learned that Theo has secured her rights to Stefan’s inheritance. Theo made it clear he has no intention of rebuilding a friendship with Gabi. EJ found Holly crying after her run-in with Amy and promised to take care of Amy for her. Xander saw them and blasted EJ for upsetting Holly. She left. They fought over EJ sending Gwen to catch him with Kristen. EJ threatened to tell Sarah about Kristen and Xander. Lexie informed EJ that if Dr. Rolf can’t find a way to stop her neurological issues, she will only live a few weeks. EJ vowed he won’t let her die again and agreed not to tell Theo or Abe (James Reynolds) about her condition. Paulina demanded EJ give his miracle drug to Chanel. EJ got upset and walked away, telling her he can’t. Holly talked to Sarah about what happened with Xander and EJ. Sarah suggested Holly and Ari spend time at the Horton cabin. They invited Tate and Aaron (Louis Tomeo). Kate came clean with Roman about setting up Johnny. Roman lost it on her and called Marlena. Kate expressed her fear to Xander that the fallout of their plan was just beginning.
Friday, June 12, 2026 – Episode #15399
Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) arrived back in Salem after Tripp’s (Lucas Adams) wedding. They went to be with Stephanie, who had a nightmare she shot and killed Joy. Stephanie broke down, apologizing to Steve for not storing the gun safely. They all comfort each other. Later, Steve blamed himself for giving Stephanie the gun when he knew she was struggling. Alex pleaded with Joy not to press charges. Joy got more annoyed when she realized Alex wasn’t there to check on her but to protect Stephanie. Alex continued defending Stephanie, and Joy wasn’t having it. Joy gave Alex an ultimatum. Alex must keep Stephanie away from Kelsey, or Joy will file charges against Stephanie. He agreed. Jada and Belle (Martha Madison) discussed the details of the case. Belle decided there was not enough evidence to press charges against Stephanie. Chad got Thomas’ (Alexander Elijah Bond) seal of approval to date Belle. Charlotte (Autumn Gendron) got car sick, forcing them to pull over for a while on the way to the game. Thomas and Belle bonded. Jada met Shawn at Small Bar to watch the Cubs game. She filled him in on Belle’s decision about the case and that she was headed to the game with Chad (Conner Floyd) and his kids. Shawn and Jada admitted they want to pursue a relationship. They kissed, then saw Chad and Belle kiss on the TV during the game. EJ broke the news to Cat that the miracle drug won’t work for her mother. Cat and EJ flirted while watching the baseball game at the DiMera mansion. EJ suggested they make new memories, and Cat kissed him.

Tate, Ari, and Aaron work hard to make Holly smile. Lani puts Kristen in the hot seat. Johnny tips off EJ. Chad and Theo investigate what the chessboard really means. The Juneteenth celebration leads to an awkward encounter between Paulina, Abe, and Lexie.
