The Juneteenth celebration is one to watch for sure. It’s Abe (James Reynolds) and Paulina’s (Jackée Harry) anniversary, which neither of them will forget. However, with Lexie (Nikki Crawford) in the mix now, it will be a very different day for them in more ways than one.
Speaking of Lexie, news about her condition has us intrigued, especially since it seems like Dr. Rolf (Richard Wharton) has good news for EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel). Lexie just came back. DAYS can’t have her decline or die again so quickly; it would be a waste.
Johnny (Carson Boatman) seems to get an earful on many fronts next week. We can’t wait to see what Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) has to say to Johnny and what he gives EJ a heads-up on. They are rebuilding their relationship, and we are here for it.

They are both still grieving the loss of Doug (Bill Hayes) and John (Drake Hogestyn), so them spending time together and leaning on each other is soap bliss.
Last but not least, Kate (Lauren Koslow) confronts Marlena. We can’t wait to see these two have it out. Kate’s not only jealous of Marlena and Roman (Josh Taylor), but she also blames Marlena for Xander’s (Paul Telfer) sudden desire to come clean about the plagiarism lawsuit against Jonny. Plus, it’s always a joy to watch Koslow and Hall spar.
