It’s Time For Aiden To Go DOWN on Days of Our Lives

Haven’t we all had just enough of Aiden, a man who in no way can make Hope happy on Days of Our Lives?

We thought we were finally rid of the crazy conman nearly a year ago when he seemingly died on Hope’s living room floor. But, nope. Even after the Executive Producer promised nobody else would come back from the dead, in walked Aiden (Daniel Cosgrove) several months ago. And, he walked right into that same living room.

While he was gone, his son Chase (Jonathon McClendon) took over as town menace when he raped Ciara (Vivian Jovanni) on Alice Horton’s couch, but then Aiden returned to pick up where he left off–conning Hope. Now, he’s blackmailed her into a reunion she doesn’t want, and it’s high time someone brings him down. Soap Hub asked who you think is up for the job.

The Killer
Out of nearly 7,000 votes, the top two choices were close, but Clyde (James Read) emerged the winner. A full 46% of you think the crazed convict is violent and cunning enough to bring Aiden to his knees and have him begging for mercy. The man is a killer after all–and completely ruthless.

The Cop
Coming in close behind with 43% of the vote is Rafe (Galen Gering), Hope’s love and new hero now that Bo has gone on to the great beyond. He’s who Hope really wants and he’s smart enough to know something isn’t right if his ladylove returns to Aiden. He’s had it out for the guy for months, and you hope he stays within the law to help Hope.

The Victim
It turns out not too many of you have much faith in Hope (Kristian Alfonso), who’s had a very bad year. Only 11% of you think she can bring Aiden down. After all, she couldn’t even figure out he wanted to kill her on her wedding night, despite him constantly lying and begging for money. She still thought he was a complete innocent, so she might not be the one to save her own self.
