Any Days Of Our Lives love triangle worth its geometry has the couple you root for… and the interloper.

Will (Chandler Massey), Sonny (Freddie Smith), and Paul (Christopher Sean) have been through all the possible permutations.

Sonny and Paul dated before either came to Salem. Paul married Will, but then Will had an affair with Paul. Will “died” and Paul and Sonny reconciled, but then Sonny left Paul at the altar when he learned Will was alive.

Except Will didn’t remember Sonny and so he fell for Paul. But then, Will remembered and wanted to reunite with Sonny… except Paul fell out a window while saving Will’s mom, Sami (Allison Sweeney).

And now, wouldn’t you know it, the star athlete seems to be paralyzed from the waist down. (A Salem condition about as widespread as the common cold, yet no one ever seems to remember that.)
