Days of our Lives’ Kristen didn’t spend the past month easing into anything. She tore through courtrooms, scarily threatened Marlena, and hovered around Rachel like a one-woman security detail with just enough legal confidence to be dangerous. Everything escalated quickly, with talk of perjury and prison shifting from theories to something a lot more real. Although chaotic, it was very much Kristen in her element when she’s backed into a corner. Off-screen, though, Stacy Haiduk couldn’t have sounded more different.

A Simple Message for Fans

Sal Stowers (Lani) posted an interview with Haiduk (Kristen) on Instagram, writing, “WOMEN TO WOMEN FT. STACY HAIDUK,” sharing a short clip that cut straight to the point. Haiduk didn’t overcomplicate it. “Honestly, the one that I always tell my daughter is trust in your gut… that voice inside you… trust in that,” she said, before adding, “There’s a thing called know thyself, and knowing thyself takes a long time.”

She kept coming back to the same idea, building it out instead of dressing it up. “It’s the journey of life… being bold out in the world and being brave… just be yourself,” she explained. Then she summarized it perfectly: “So use your gut and be bold out there in the world.”

She echoed that energy again in her comment on the post, writing, “Love you! We as little girls grow up to be women! And we need to look at strong women as an example of life! And I am so grateful to you Sal for taking time out to put positive energy into this world! We women can learn from each other and I do feel it’s important no matter what age to listen! We all have beautiful tools we can teach one another! Love and Light!!!!❤️❤️❤️.”

Fans Hear It Loud and Clear

The response didn’t get complicated either. Fans recognized exactly what she was saying, even if they came at it from different angles. One follower wrote, “Great advice ! Girls today are under so much stress and they need to know it takes time to build that trust in oneself ❤️,” pulling the message back to something practical.

Another viewer kept it simple: “You ladies are great! Very good advice!” while a fan added, “That was wonderful advice, Stacy.” No overthinking, just agreement. And then there were the reactions that didn’t need full sentences to land. “Can’t help but love both of you ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️,” one fan posted, while another wrote, “Queen @stacy_haiduk ❤️.”

Somewhere between all the hearts and applause emojis, the takeaway held steady. Kristen might bulldoze her way through Salem, but Haiduk’s advice moves differently. Slower. Quieter. Still sharp enough to stick. (Find out how Brady (Eric Martsolf) drew the line with Kristen.)
