For the week of January 13-17, Days of Our Lives spoilers focus on Leo setting a trap, Rachel acting out, and Holly spying Tate and Sophia bonding, which has to trigger her jealous side.
Next Week On Days of Our Lives
After beating himself up for falsely accusing Javi (Al Calderone), things are finally looking up for Leo (Greg Rikaart)…slightly. He and Javi are friends again, which is something. However, Leo still doesn’t know who has it out for him. Even though viewers know Kerry’s (Derek Yates) the man behind the Lady. Although, is he acting alone?
Next week in Salem, Leo is on a roll. He and Javi share a friendly moment. Hopefully, it’s one that Kerry doesn’t witness. Because if he does, there will undoubtedly be a nasty Lady Whistleblower update sooner rather than later. Leo wants to put a stop to whoever is terrorizing him in print. So, look for the Body & Soul head writer to lay a trap for Lady Whistleblower. Is the anonymous blogger about to get busted?

Jealous, Much?
Holly (Ashley Puzemis) is understandably upset with Tate (Leo Howard). He neglected to tell her that Sophia’s (Madelyn Kientz) mom wouldn’t let her pregnant daughter have an abortion. Instead, Mrs. Choi (Shi Ne Nielson) ordered them to stay in town, forget about the procedure, and get married instead.
While Tate assures Holly he and Sophia will not get married, he won’t be able to help how much quality time he and Sophia (Madelyn Kientz) spend together. Sophia has already asked him to go to her next doctor’s appointment. Needless to say, Holly realizes Tate and Sophia are bonding. This will presumably trigger her jealousy, and when Holly is jealous, she makes bad choices. How will she respond to their sudden closeness?

Odds & Ends
Xander (Paul Telfer) makes a peace offering to Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier). Kudos to him for attempting to go against all his instincts and make peace, not war. However, if he’s taking the high road, then Stephanie (Abigail Klein) must not have revealed the truth about the forged letter to Sarah (Linsey Godfrey), right? If she doesn’t say anything, what’s her reasoning?
Meanwhile, a one-sided war is brewing between Rachel (Finley Rose Slater) and Ava (Tamara Braun). The kid doesn’t want her dad and this ex-mob princess together and has sent threatening texts saying as much. However, Ava wants nothing to do with this escalating conflict. So, she tries to do the noble thing and breaks up with Brady (Eric Martsolf). Will Brady even entertain a breakup? Doubt it.

Finally, Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) wants her daughter to do as she says, not as she does. But Rachel’s a smart girl. She sees that bad behavior often results in getting her way, so she follows the DiMera example, of course. At the end of next week, Kristen catches Rachel acting out. What does her daughter do that may force Kristen to discipline Rachel again?
