Rachel is sentenced for her crime against EJ, while Philip professes his love, and Alex is hit with a pang of jealousy, according to Days of Our Lives spoilers. Plus, Holly learns she’s been drugged, and Sophia shows up to possibly derail Johnny and Chanel’s adoption dream. Here’s your DAYS video preview for the week of March 23-27, 2026.

Key Takeaways

  • Rachel faces sentencing as her family rallies around her in court
  • Philip declares his love while Gabi hides a major betrayal
  • Sophia’s surprise return threatens Johnny and Chanel’s adoption

Facing the Consequences

It’s young Rachel’s (Lorelei Olivia Mote) day in court as she faces the consequences for shooting her uncle, EJ (Dan Feuerriegel). Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) and Brady (Eric Martsolf) are by their daughter’s side, and Kristen holds Rachel’s hand as the proceedings begin. Marlena (Deidre Hall) is on hand to offer her granddaughter support, too, and shares a warm embrace with Rachel.

“I call this hearing to order,” begins Judge Dabney (Karole Forman). “Please note that I will rule on the second request and its conclusion.”

Love and Secrets

Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) and Gabi’s (Cherie Jimenez) relationship has grown more intense as the months have passed, and Philip’s ready to declare his feelings for her. “Here are the reasons I love you,” Philip tells Gabi. Of course, she’s touched by his words, but she’s also feeling guilty because he has no clue that she betrayed him.

Hospital Encounters

Meanwhile, back at the hospital, Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) runs into Xander (Paul Telfer) outside the nurses’ station. Apparently, their conversation isn’t exactly positive, so Maggie changes the subject. “On a happier note, have you heard the news about Vivian?” she asks her former son-in-law.

Jeremy (Michael Roark) pays Stephanie (Abigail Klein) a visit in her hospital room, and she’s happy to see him. “Jeremy, I couldn’t have gone through that ordeal without you,” admits Stephanie, referring to their kidnapping. Just then, Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) approaches the door, overhears his wife’s conversation with her ex, and appears a tad concerned.

Love and Other Drugs

It’s time to get to the bottom of why Holly (Ashley Puzemis) has been behaving so erratically and irrationally. She and Tate (Leo Howard) are stunned by the results Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) presents to them.

“Do we know why Holly’s blood test results show that she was on anti-psychotic meds?” Tate asks the doctor. Of course, none of them has a clue that Sophia (Rachel Boyd) switched her rival’s vitamins with a powerful drug.

Adoption Derail

Johnny (Carson Boatman) and Chanel (Raven Bowens) have their day in court, too. The couple is ready and eager to finalize their adoption of baby Trey, but there’s a hitch.

Melinda (Tina Huang) makes an announcement that could change everything. “This adoption cannot be finalized until the court hears from one last person,” she says. Suddenly, Sophia, Trey’s biological mother, walks into the proceedings. Will she derail Johnny and Chanel’s dream of being parents?
