News of Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) and Stephanie’s (Abigail Klein) engagement begins spreading around town. In fact, there’s even an announcement in the Salem Spectator. Jeremy (Michael Roark) reads about it on the website and doesn’t look particularly happy.
Cut to the Chase
Across town, Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) tends to a child patient at the hospital and has an encounter with the mysterious Liam (Hank Northrop). “What happened to your hand?” Sarah asks him when she notices a cut on it. “Oh, it’s nothing. I’m good,” responds Liam.
Escape Plan
Sophia (Rachel Boyd) prepares to concoct another escape from Bayview. “So what are you going to do?” asks an inquisitive Rachel (Alice Halsey). “Well, that’s where you come in,” explains Sophia, ready to manipulate the girl.
Later, Rachel opens a pouch filled with money and then takes Sophia’s place under the covers in her room at the sanitarium. When a worker checks on Sophia, she has no clue she’s there. Sophia’s actually wandering around Horton Square in a black hoodie. Things hit a snag, however, when Ari (Marissa Reyes) happens to be there and spots her. “Sophia?” she calls out.
Dealing with Dimitri
It looks like Leo (Greg Rikaart) may have uncovered Gwen’s (Emily O’Brien) part in Dimitri’s (Peter Porte) disappearance and confronts her about it. So it’s time for the two former besties to make a pact.
“For you to stay silent, what would you want in return?” Gwen asks her old friend. Leo doesn’t hesitate for a second. “Make Dimitri disappear again,” he announces.
