Couples are in crisis, an ex-husband is distraught with jealousy, and a reunion could be on the agenda, according to Days of our Lives spoilers. Meanwhile, the Lexie’s alive secret is revealed to a key Salemite, and Sofia plots her next move with a major assist from Kristen. Here’s your DAYS video preview for the week of April 13-17, 2026.
Marital Mess
Newlyweds Stephanie (Abigail Klein) and Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) are finding married life anything but blissful, since she was kidnapped. Apparently, Alex does something that doesn’t sit well with his new bride, and she storms out of their apartment. “Stephanie… Steph,” calls out Alex, desperate for his wife not to leave. But his pleas fall upon deaf ears.
Later, Stephanie encounters Jeremy (Michael Roark), the old boyfriend she was abducted with, and opens up about what she’s been going through after being rescued. Jeremy puts his arm around her, and the pair falls into a warm embrace.
Jealous Ex
Xander (Paul Telfer) is out and about at Horton Square and happens upon Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) and Brady (Eric Martsolf). The twosome is sharing a meal and a few laughs. And they look incredibly happy together. Xander, who’s still very much in love with Sarah, sadly looks on.
Breaking Up?
Liam (Hank Northrop) attempts to do the right thing by Ari (Vico Escorcia, who spoke about where her character may be headed) before they become too involved with each other. “It’s not good for you to be around a guy like me,” he tells her. Will Ari heed Liam’s warning and steer clear of him, or will his heartfelt words only make him more desirable?
Making Up?
Javi (Al Calderon) is back in Salem, and he and Leo (Greg Rikaart) finally have a moment alone together. Leo pours his heart out to the man he married. “I want to be with you. It was always you,” says a teary-eyed Leo.
Surprise Revelation
Marlena (Deidre Hall) receives a visit from Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews), who opens up to her about everything he’s been going through. He starts talking about his late mother, which takes Marlena off guard. “Lexie?” she asks. “What about her?”
Theo decides to be completely honest with the psychiatrist. “She’s alive,” he tells Marlena.
Family and Foes
Across town, EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) meets with a mystery woman and delivers his usual mantra. “Family is and will always be my top priority,” he announces.
Meanwhile, Sofia (Rachel Boyd) confers with her new conspirator: Kristen (Stacy Haiduk). “I have a plan,” reveals the devious teenager. “I may need some additional resources.”
