Spoilers for the week tease Abe (James Reynolds) and Kate (Lauren Koslow) holding a casting call for Body & Soul, but these preview photos are all about Jada (Elia Cantu) and her new role. While it’s unknown just what this new role entails, spoilers tease it’ll be appointed to her by Paulina (Jackée Harry, who starred in a Lifetime thriller this weekend alongside another DAYS alum).

Odds are the Salem PD is in need of a new commish (as Connie (Julie Dove) likes to put it), with Rafe (Galen Gering) down for the count and in a coma. This new role may distract Jada from investigating the Everett/Bobby (Blake Berris) situation, but is surely a twist neither he nor Connie will see coming.
