After poisoned cupcakes sent half the cast, crew and even loved ones of Body & Soul down for the count, an ill Johnny (Carson Boatman) worried he didn’t deserve Chanel (Raven Bowens) when she stayed at his bedside. He seems to still be in worry mode, leaving Chanel confused when he falls asleep.

As for Alex (Robert Scott Wilson), when he was struck ill from his cupcake, he was in the middle of running lines with his on-screen ex, Joy (AlexAnn Hopkins). She seems to catch Alex on the phone with somebody, but things may take a turn when spoilers for the week tease she’ll confide in him about her fling with Johnny.
