Days of our Lives spoilers for Thursday, November 28, include a collection of highs and lows, as long-missed family members return and a stalwart of Salem exits for good.
Look Who’s Here
The last time Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) and Jack (Matthew Ashford) were in town, it was to meet their back from the dead daughter. Jennifer swore that the woman calling herself Abigail didn’t feel like Jennifer’s child. And she was right.
It turned out to be an imposter named Cat (AnnaLynne McCord). Chad (Billy Flynn) had her arrested. Then he had her unarrested so that she could help him bring down Clyde (James Read). Alas, their plan hits a snag. And that’s even before Cat has to face the couples whose hearts she shattered. Yet again.

Another Opening, Another Show
It’s a happier reunion over at Paulina (Jackée Harry) and Abe’s (James Reynolds) when Lani (Sal Stowers) and Eli (Lamon Archey) pop in with their swiftly growing twins, Jules and Carver. All their lies about who is who’s daughter are well behind them, so they can enjoy the holiday with minimal angst and drama.

Tragedy Strikes
Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) admitted that Doug (Bill Hayes) had been feeling under the weather the last few times she mentioned him. He’d been recovering from a cold, and all seemed well until, ironically, on a day dedicated to family and celebration, Doug passed away.
In some ways, it’s a blessing. So many of his beloved relatives are already there and could mourn and celebrate his life together, offering each other support in a way that would be impossible if they were scattered around the globe. On the other hand, Doug has been such an important part of Salem for so long that it’s impossible to imagine the town without him.
