Days of Our Lives spoilers (DOOL) for Thursday, November 16 promise a day that will tug at your heartstrings as Kayla has to update Theo’s family on his condition – and it’s not the news they hoped for! You may want a tissue for this one!

Theo Update
Theo’s (Kyler Pettis) family continues to hold vigil for him as they grapple with how in the world he ended up like this. What was he even doing there?

But for now, all that matters is that he survives the surgery and gets his life back. Prayers continue, hoping that he will be okay.

It looks like they are about to get an answer – at least about how the surgery went. Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) is on hand to deliver the update and unfortunately it’s upsetting news for Theo’s family. Did he survive?

Wracked With Guilt
Valerie (Vanessa Williams) performed the surgery, despite her usual insistence that she never works on someone she cares about.

She now has to face questions about it and is troubled by what happened during the procedure. But, she has to tell the truth and she makes a difficult confession to Abe (James Reynolds).

The Unthinkable
A tormented JJ (Casey Moss) second-guesses his actions.
