On the Friday, February 2 episode of Days of our Lives, another potentially disastrous dinner begins, bringing together Maggie, Konstantin, Xander, and Sarah.
Recipe for Disaster
Konstantin (John Kapelos) is that guest who overstays his welcome, irritating one Salem resident after another. And with John Black (Drage Hogestyn) exhibiting troubling traits after being in this man’s presence, it’s time for him to go. However, Konstantin keeps finding ways to stick around.
When Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) books a dinner with Xander (Paul Telfer) and Sarah (Linsey Godfrey), she decides to bring Konstantin. Now Sarah merely tolerates the man while Konstantin and Xander outright do not like each other. After all, there’s history there. Plus, there’s a massive secret the Greek “friend” of Victor’s has been keeping from Xander. Namely, that he’s the rightful heir to the Kiriakis fortune, not Alex (Robert Scott Wilson). Will this dinner serve up simmering tension and a hefty dose of drama?
Unintended Interruption
Two other people who might not be amused: John and Marlena (Deidre Hall). Because their alone time at the penthouse is about to get busted. Yup, Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Theresa (Emily O’Brien) arrive to unintentionally ruin John and Marlena’s quiet evening. The thing is, John needs as much rest as possible considering his current sleep and dreaming issues (perhaps it is caused by memories as The Pawn).
Ultimately, it probably won’t be a problem. Because the husband and wife will be happy to help Brady, and to a certain extent, Theresa, with their problems, right? It’s what they do for family and friends.
Frustration and Revelation
It’s easy to figure out why Stefan (Brandon Barash) and Ava (Tamara Braun) suddenly find themselves in the same sexually frustrated situation. Obviously, they’re both separated from their persons. Gabi and her broken leg are in prison. As for Harris (Steve Burton) and Ava, they’re currently on opposite sides of the law. So what are Stefan and Ava going to do about their predicament? Turn to each other or muster up the strength to tackle this dry spell on their own?
Finally, Everett (Blake Berris) recently revealed his love for Stephanie (Abigail Klein). He wished for an escape from the friend zone in favor of something more substantial. Now it’s time for Stephanie to make a stunning admission to Everett. Will they get closer after her revelation? Or will it cause them to distance themselves from each other?
