Pushing boundaries and keeping up with social norms is something Days of our Lives does well. Very, very well. DAYS spoilers hint there is never a topic they won’t touch and we suspect another groundbreaking storyline is on its way. One that gives Allie Horton everything she could ever want.

Allie (Lindsay Arnold) claims she is falling in love with Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) but it’s clear she also has eyes for Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens). The gal pals are getting closer all the time and even shared a few sizzling lip locks along the way. Allie says she’s made up her mind and picked Tripp but let’s see where this can really go.

Why Can’t Allie Horton Have Both?

What if the show follows in the footsteps of The Politician on Netflix and gave Allie a storyline much like Judith Light (One Life to Live’s beloved Karen Wolek), except it would be Allie (and not the husband) who could have her boyfriend AND a girlfriend. This trio would become daytime television’s first official Throuple (a couple, plus one).

Days of our Lives spoilers hint Allie isn’t going to get over her crush on Chanel very easily even as she tries to forge ahead with Tripp. Why make her a cheater when this could become a breakthrough moment?

DAYS: The Love Shack

Picture this; Tripp and Chanel agree to Allie’s proposal and the trio move into the loft Tripp used to share with Ciara (Victoria Konefal) and Claire (Isabel Durant). They could each have their own room and own space while bedhopping at will. It would be a place of free love, peace, and support.

What about baby Henry? He would be one lucky boy living in a home with three people who would love him like crazy. Sure, it’s not conventional, but what child on soaps doesn’t grow up under odd circumstances?

Of course, this could get very complicated very quickly – in all the best and worst ways. Tripp and Chanel vie for the top spot in this polyamorous love affair. What if they fall for each other too? How will it go when it all falls apart? It could provide drama for a long time to come!
