DOOL: Saving Marlena Evans Black

The big news is Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) returns home to Salem. He’s returned to the priesthood and will lead the charge to save his mother from Satan’s clutches.

“We need to work together as a family,” he tells the assembled — John Black (Drake Hogestyn), Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney), Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo), Belle Black Brady (Martha Madison), Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold), and Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman). “It’s the only hope we have of saving Mom’s soul.” Then they all gather around Marlena’s bedside where she’s been tightly bound to her bed.

DAYS Spoilers: Tempting Eric

But Satan won’t go down easy. Instead, MarDevil morphs into a seductive Kristen DiMera (Eileen Davidson) and tries to lead Eric into temptation – again. Remember, years ago Kirsten drugged and raped the priest to get back at his mother and her nemesis, Marlena. “Just give in Eric,” coos Kristen. “No one will ever know.”

Days of our Lives: Threatening Lucas

That’s not the only trick Lucifer has up his sleeve. MarDevil looks to latch onto an ally who can help her, and she zeroes in on Lucas. She knows his deep dark secret and prepares to use it against him when the pair find themselves alone together.

“If you don’t untie me, I’ll tell Sami you’re the one who kidnapped her,” threatens MarDevil. Lucas is understandably shocked and torn. Will he do what the demon demands? Or will he do what’s right and refuse, knowing he could lose any chance with Sami if the truth is exposed?
