The question of where in the world is Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) weighs heavy on many. No one more than Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) and Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers). They decide it’s high time to track her down and bring her home, even if only to give them answers.

For Xander, this means a trip to see Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans). He all but begs Black Patch owner to help him piece together the story. Of course, Steve can’t turn down a mystery and Kayla wants to do her part to help find her friend…even if there’s danger as it seems that Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) is involved.

As for Maggie, she calls upon Abigail Deveraux DiMera (Marci Miller) to put her investigative reporting skills to the test. If anyone can solve this, it’s Abigail! Will the mother-of-two agree to lend a hand?

This is all very bad news for Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien). Sarah’s homecoming surely means losing Xander and she’s not ready for that. She turns to Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) for a listening ear and a scammy solution.
