Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) is in the mood for romance and tries to give Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) a morning to remember. Will Gabi play along or call Jake out on all the things she thinks he did that he didn’t actually do? Something must happen between them because she lands at the DiMera mansion to have a chat with Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman).
Speaking of Johnny, he strips off his shirt when he runs into Craig Wesley (Kevin Spirtas). The heartbroken man just wants a little coffee after tense conversations with his wife and daughter. What he gets is an oiled-up Devil who gets a little handsy.
As for Craig’s wife, Nancy Wesley (Patrika Darbo) heads to the hospital for a talk with Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall). Will the doc have some words of wisdom for the sad woman? Later, Marlena gets a few minutes alone with John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and shows how thankful she is to have him as her Valentine.
Over at the police department, Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) makes a big show of being Rafe Hernandez’s (Galen Gering) doting girlfriend, especially when Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) is around. Talk about awkward! But is it all about to blow up?
