Steve (Stephen Nichols) and John (Drake Hogestyn) are still heavily mourning their wives. They are also still very much out for revenge. Even Kayla’s (Mary Beth Evans) heavenly visit doesn’t change their minds. They stop by the cemetery before going to see Roman (Josh Taylor) and getting the ball rolling.

Unfortunately, over at the prison, things are already going awry. Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) is doing his best to keep on keeping on, but nothing is going right. Not only does he come out on the losing end after a beef with the guard, he faces off with Orpheus, too!

Lucas will give this confrontation all he has, but Orpheus (George DelHoyo) is a relentless baddie. He knows Lucas’s big weakness and uses it against him. This is all very bad news for Lucas, who isn’t sure how to cope. Is this why he has a stint in the infirmary?

Meanwhile, Nick (Blake Berris) gets his dirty evil claws deeper into Marlena (Deidre Hall). Nick knows how to play this game and intends on keeping Marlena under his control. Will she succumb to his powers?

Back in Salem, Will (Chandler Massey) prepares to say goodbye to Salem….and his husband. The men say their farewell in the square and share a passionate kiss. Their moment will be interrupted, though, when Allie (Lindsay Arnold) shows up.

DAYS made its debut in 1965 and is one of the longest-running daytime soap operas in American history. It has outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, decades of storylines have kept viewers locked in and wanting more. It was developed as a half-hour soap opera for NBC by prolific soap scribe Irna Phillips along with her longtime director, Ted Corday, and Allan Chase. Corday’s son, Ken Corday, continues the family tradition by serving as executive producer.

From Sami Brady’s (Alison Sweeney) crazy schemes to Victor Kiriakis’s (John Aniston) one-liners to the epic love story of John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), DAYS knows how to entertain and keep fans coming back for more. Fans love their daytime soap operas, and the excitement in Salem is non-stop.
