It’s almost game time for Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn). He, Abigail Deveraux DiMera (Marci Miller), and Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker) plan out how to take down Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) and start putting their scheme into action. Will Leo fall for it? Maybe. But, for now, he’s a little busy scheming to get Craig Wesley (Kevin Spirtas) a job.

Speaking of hospital drama, Marlena Evans Black’s (Deidre Hall) job is on the chopping block. She’s worried, as are her friends and family, including Kayla Brady Johnson (Mary Beth Evans). Unfortunately, Kayla’s hands are tied, at least for now.

Is this what Marlena talks about when she runs into Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) at the hospital hub? And, if so, will they find a way to help?

Meanwhile, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) is a free man, but the drama in his life isn’t about to slow down. He plans a romantic night with Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker), but they are interrupted by his ex. Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) is back in town and she’s not hiding in the shadows.
