DAYS Spoilers
It’s a big day for Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) as she becomes Mrs. Xander Cook. She and her betrothed get married in the Williams’ family living room with Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) officiating the vows and Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford), and Jennifer Horton Deveraux (Cady McClain) witnessing the couple’s joy.
Unfortunately, a surprise visitor could derail the ceremony. Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) gets out of jail just in time to be there for the couple’s first kiss. Talk about bad timing!
Meanwhile, Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) decides to do all he can to clear his name while he still has a chance. He dons a rather interesting disguise and pays Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker) a little visit. Will his efforts pay off?

Days of our Lives History
DAYS made its debut in 1965 and is one of the longest-running daytime soap operas in American history. It has outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, decades of storylines have kept viewers locked in and wanting more. It was developed as a half-hour soap opera for NBC by prolific soap scribe Irna Phillips along with her longtime director, Ted Corday, and Allan Chase. Corday’s son, Ken Corday, continues the family tradition by serving as executive producer.
From Sami Brady’s (Alison Sweeney) crazy schemes to Victor Kiriakis’s (John Aniston) one-liners to the epic love story of John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), DAYS knows how to entertain and keep fans coming back for more. Fans love their daytime soap operas and the excitement in Salem is non-stop.
