DAYS Spoilers For September 23: Ava Vitali Has Got Philip Kiriakis’s Back

DAYS spoilers for Thursday, September 23, 2021
 Comments

The DAYS spoilers for Thursday, September 23, 2021, tease a not so perfectly thought out plan blowing up in the planners’ faces – thanks entirely to a tattletale telling tales. Also, a besotted hunk wants to know exactly where he stands with his on-again/off-again lover and partner-in-crime.

DAYS Spoilers Highlights

They say that one good turn deserves another, and since Philip (Jay Kenneth Johnson) helped to briefly get her mind off of the possibility of Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and Nicole Walker Brady (Arianne Zucker) schtupping, Ava decides to help him out a bit. Hey buddy, she shouts; Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) and Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) are no friends of yours.

When pressed as to how she came to possess this knowledge, Ava admits that she overheard the scheme team plotting an internal hostile takeover. Now that’s doubly bad news for Philip, because not only does he now have to *gasp* apologize to Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) for all those disparaging comments, but he’ll also have to tell Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) just how right she was…and after she’s finally come round to his way of thinking and read Brady for filth.

Opposite this revelation, look for an always-on-the-move EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) to gain some type of leverage over Gabi and Jake – leverage that he fully intends to use, because he’s just the worst.

DOOL Spoilers: Sweet Clarity

They like each other, they really like each other…and yet, Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) and Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) are struggling to make a go of it. So, it should come as no surprise that Xander wants to have a relationship defining conversation ASAP – and preferably not in the presence of Gwen’s pops, who owes Xander a very, very big apology!

Character assassination may not be illegal per se, but it’s still in poor taste…especially when you’re a man with a past like Jack Deveraux’s (Matthew Ashford); glass house, throwing stones, and all.

In case you missed it, there were some incredible performances last week on Days of our Lives and Soap Hub had a hard time choosing exactly who should be awarded Performer of the Week honors. Find out which actor made the cut and why by clicking here.
