In case you haven’t watched Days of our Lives as of late or got yourself caught up via Soap Hub’s fine daily and/or weekly recaps, allow us to get you up to speed. Abigail Deveraux DiMera (Marci Miller), she who graduated from slut to sweetheart, is dead. Not just dead, but the victim of a vicious homicide! And there are…well, not a whole lot of suspects.

There’s Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien). And there’s Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart). She ordered him to commit the foul deed, but he was all, um, excuse me ma’am, but that’s just cray.

And yet, Leo was hiding in the DiMera manse’s master bedroom closet. Then again, Gwen seemingly snuck out of Statesville and went on a merry jaunt. It does all seem rather suspicious.

DOOL Spoilers: Another Suspects And An Unsuspecting Bystander

Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) awakens from his drunken stupor and wonders just what it was that he got up to between absconding with a bottle of booze from the Brady Pub and the moment he opened his eyes in the cold light of day. He could have done anything, really…even plunged a knife into his beloved niece’s abdomen.

Opposite Lucas’s rummage around the memory bank, Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) finds herself on the receiving end of Chad DiMera’s (Billy Flynn) rage. How wonderful it is to see that he’s already made it through the Denial Stage. Well, it’s not so wonderful for Kate, but it’s progress for Chad.

Days of our Lives Spoilers: Homecoming Horror

Just think – every time Jack Deveraux’s (Matthew Ashford) birthday comes around, he and Jennifer Rose Horton Deveraux (Cady McClain) are going to have to relive the day they returned to the town that they called home to say goodbye to their daughter’s body. No amount of cake is going to make that palpable.
