DAYS Spoilers for January 9: The Women Are Desperate For A Cure

DAYS spoilers for Monday, January 9, 2023, tease that like Kate Roberts Brady before them, Kayla Brady Johnson and Marlena Evans Black are fading fast. They are fighting for their lives, and things are looking very, very bleak.

DAYS Spoilers Highlights

Marlena (Deidra Hall) feels the end is near, and she’s trying to put on a brave face, but how brave can one be at a time like this? Nevertheless, she brings her son to her side and gives Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) some much-needed words of advice. Her son needs her more than ever, and she refuses to leave him without saying all the things she needs to say.

This emotional heart-to-heart may just be what puts Eric back on the right track. He’s been in quite a spiral for a few weeks now as his dark side keeps rearing its ugly head. Knowing his mother using what little time she has to give him love and guidance is sure to have a lasting effect.

DOOL Spoilers: Tragic Moments

At the same time, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) tries as hard as he can to keep Kayla earth side. His wife is slipping away, and he fears there’s no hope. Poor Kayla will fight harder than ever to stay with her love, but will she win this battle?

Meanwhile, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) rushes around, trying to find Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein). Her mother is dying, and getting her to the hospital is of utmost importance. Not only does Kayla need her, but Steve does too. Where is she, and why isn’t she reachable? Will he find her in time?

Days of our Lives Spoilers: A Fiery Face Off

Over at Statesville, Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) seeks out Orpheus (George DelHoyo). He has some choice words for the baddie, and the career criminal better listen up. Will things go the way Lucas wants it to, though? Orpheus never bows down to anyone, nor does he care about the destruction he causes. In fact, the more people who suffer, the better! Lucas may not be a match for this maniac.
