Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens) means well, she really does. And she’d never knowingly hurt Lani Price Grant (Sal Stowers), not in a million years. How was Chanel supposed to know that she was supposed to circle the wagons, and keep up a pretense that she’s Paulina Price’s (Jackée Harry) one and only daughter?
And how in the world was she supposed to know that TR Coates (William Christian) and abusive big bad Ray were one and the same? This is what happens when family doesn’t talk to one another.
Speaking of…rather than just come clean to Lani about why she’s acting a fool, Paulina instead attempts to coax her into leaving town with one baby under each arm. Look for this to do nothing more than raise Lani’s suspicions about what Paulina is really up to. Lani might not be the best cop on the force, but she can still recognize shenanigans when they’re unfolding right before her very eyes.

Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) attempts to use her feminine wiles on Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman), but it’s Gabi who’ll wind up getting played when the Devil inside her prey sows seeds of doubt in her partner-in-crime Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash). Ain’t he a stinker?
