After putting their heads together, John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) realize that Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) are missing in action…and both men are smart enough to guess that if there was anybody a possessed Marlena Evans Black (Deidre Hall) would turn to, it’s Ben.

How could he deny her any request? If the said request is to serve as her bodyguard and provide her with a safe location; oh, and he’s got to bring his pregnant wife along with them.

And speaking of Ciara…she’s just not feeling Marlena – nor is she believing her claims that John is an abusive husband. Sure, he strangled Jan Spears into a coma, but Jan was, to quote Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk), “mean, mean, mean,” so…understandable?

And color Ciara crazy, but she’s starting to get the impression that Marlena is actually working overtime to sow seeds of contention between her and Ben. What’s that all about?

Days of our Lives Spoilers: Now Hear This

After being apprised of the situation – Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) is nowhere to be found, his prosthetic leg was discovered in the woods, and Brady Black (Eric Brady) was covered in Philip’s blood – Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) is fit to be tied.

She’s made doubly more so when she learns that there isn’t enough evidence to charge Brady with a crime. So, it’s off to Brady’s hospital room, where Kate delivers a stinging condemnation to the man whom she holds responsible for her son’s untoward fate.

DOOL Spoilers: A Nancy Drew Redux

Opposite this, Belle Black Brady (Martha Madison) gets her sleuth on and begins to investigate the night of Philip’s disappearance. But will Tink be able to uncover something missed by SPD? Yes, yes she probably will be able to.
