Despite putting their heads together, Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) were unable to identify any fellow Salemites capable of brutally stabbing Abigail Deveraux DiMera (Marci Miller) to death — except for Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien), of course. But it’s not like she just walked out of Statesville, donned a Sarah mask, and killed her sister…right? Right?!

Anywho, with nothing to really go on, and nothing better to do, ‘Xarah’ decides to do what they do best when in a pickle: impersonate Nick and Nora Charles. Cue the banter, cue the hijinks.
Meanwhile, look for Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart), who knows his precious Gwen better than she knows herself, to grill his bestie for answers to some very pertinent questions. Questions like: did you, or did you not, sneak out of prison and go and do a murder?
Paulina Price Carver (Jackée Harry) is about to learn a very valuable lesson: don’t pick a favorite when your daughter’s trying to choose between two lovers. Now that Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) — who was Paulina’s personal pick — has emerged the loser, he’s going to come a calling on his onetime mother-in-law and ask her for some help changing Chanel Dupree’s (Raven Bowens) mind.
Though some may accuse her of living an eventful life — counting as they do her bout with the bottle, her extramarital affair, the justifiable homicide she committed, et al. — Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) has been, all in all, a pretty staid dame. So, it’s only natural that the sight she’s about to come upon will result in at least one raised eyebrow. Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson), you naughty, dirty boy!
