The Days of Our Lives Spoilers for October 28-November 1, 2019 reveal Jordan’s scheme being thwarted, Lani choosing between her heart and her conscience, a joyous occasion for two jubilant couples, and an old obsession reignited.
Jordan’s (Chrishell Hartley) plan to murder Ciara (Victoria Konefal) via a poisoned cupcake backfires spectacularly when her target gets away scot-free and poor Rafe (Galen Gering) winds up consuming the tainted treat.
After being rushed to the hospital and learning about his deadly dosing, Rafe becomes absolutely convinced that Jordan is responsible while Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara come to the same conclusion after finding the vial Jordan planted in Ben’s coat pocket.
Sure that the bottle contains poison, Ben takes it to the hospital to be tested leaving Ciara alone at the carriage house and vulnerable to a visiting Jordan — with baby David in tow.
Ciara tries to calm Jordan who manically insists that they should all flee together and when Ben arrives, Jordan takes off with her toddler. Ben gives chase, and after a few hours, returns with his nephew in his arms… but Jordan is still out on the loose.
Spoilers reveal that Jordan isn’t the only shady lady wreaking havoc on the canvas this week. Gabi (Camila Banus) has already revealed to Lani (Sal Stowers) that she possesses the power to control Julie’s (Susan Seaforth Hayes) brand-new state-of-the-art pacemaker.
She warns that if the cop want’s Julie’s ticker to keep on ticking, she will have to dump Eli at the alter. Lani remains incredulous over Gabi’s claims and consults Kayla (Mary Bethe Evan) over the possibility of a person controlling the pacemaker via a cell phone.
She also refuses to believe that Gabi would allow Julie to die since she was the recipient of Stefan’s heart.
But the Widow DiMera promises that she is willing to make the sacrifice. She’ll be damned if both Lani and Julie get to live their happily ever after’s while she is left alone without her husband.

In other Salem news, the local courthouse is going to be very busy because Jack (Matthew Ashford) and Justin (Wally Kurth) are heading there to get a marriage license. Might a double wedding — featuring the Johnson siblings and their respective partners — be in this soap’s near future?
Finally, spoilers say that Eve (Kassie DePaiva) will make a shocking claim and Rolf (William Utay) will complete Hope’s (Kristian Alfonso) transformation into Princess Gina, who is anxious to reunite with John (Drake Hogestyn).
