Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) seems to be putting on a good act for her family, but perhaps her time in Bayview was not well spent at all and she should remain there. The problem is — she won’t. Belle (Martha Madison) and Shawn (Brandon Beemer) arrive to tell their daughter she can go live with her grandparents, and that can only spell trouble for Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara (Victoria Konefal). She also has a partner in crime with Gwen.

Meanwhile, Eric (Greg Vaughan) and Nicole (Arianne Zucker) are shocked to see Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) turn up on their door. They are further shocked when she unzips her hoodie to reveal quite the pregnant tummy. Allie has one major request — do NOT tell her mother that she is there. DOOL made its debut in 1965 and is one of the longest-running daytime soap operas in American history. It has outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, five decades of storylines have kept viewers locked in and wanting more.

Sadly, times are shifting and daytime soap operas are shrinking.
