The deprogramming of Stefan (Brandon Barash) didn’t exactly go as planned, and Gabi is desperate to finish the job. She can’t do it alone, though. She needs Dr. Rolf (Richard Wharton) and his big brain to use his skills and get this task back on track. Unfortunately, freeing him won’t be easy.
Rolf is in custody, and Rafe (Galen Gering) isn’t about to choose Gabi’s (Camila Banus) heart over justice. What kind of cop does she think he is? He’s all about taking down the bad guys, and Rolf has proven over and over he’s a villain. Letting him walk isn’t on the agenda, Sis!
DOOL Spoilers: A Hot Plot Fails
As for Stefan, his not-so-great day takes an even worse turn when he realizes his plan to take down EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) didn’t work. His brother didn’t fall prey to his drugging at all. Instead, it was Nicole (Arianne Zucker) who picked up the spiked cup.

This setback is one for the books, but Stefan isn’t completely discouraged. He vowed to take EJ down and fully intends to make it happen. It won’t be long before he has a Plan B (and probably C, D, and E waiting in the wings). The DiMeras are nothing if not persistent.
Days of our Lives Spoilers: Care And Comfort
Speaking of Nicole, she feels the effects of the drugging for quite some time. The adverse effects hit her hard while trying to take a gingerly stroll through the park. Luckily, she runs into Eric (Greg Vaughan), who is more than happy to play her hero.
Nicole isn’t the only person Eric consoles on this day. He also takes some time to sit down with Brady (Eric Martsolf). The men share their grief and get a few things off their chests. There’s nothing like having a good support system.
