Days of Our Lives Spoilers (DOOL): Can They Fight This Feeling Any Longer?

Days of Our Lives spoilers (DOOL) for the week of August 21-25 promise an emotional week in Salem as your favorite citizens have to deal with some harsh truths they never expected.

Forever Mystery
Nicole (Arianne Zucker) can’t get over the fight she had with Brady (Eric Martsolf) over Eric and especially can’t believe Brady thought she and Eric (Greg Vaughan) were having an affair. When Brady shows her the amulet he found in Eric’s room, she has a stunning realization.

Meanwhile, as Eric struggles with his feelings for Nicole, she struggles trying to decide whether to confide in him.

Does she still have feelings or does she want to tell him Brady is convinced he’s a murderer?

What’s Up, Doc?
Brady’s poor dad remains confused about why Marlena (Deidre Hall) would kiss Roman (Josh Taylor) after all these years.

Somehow John (Drake Hogestyn) must end up with the real Marlena because by the end of the week they are together deducing that Hattie must be working with someone.

This Could Get Awkward
Bonnie (Judi Evans) is also trying to keep her cover, both when Steve (Stephen Nichols) pays a visit and later with Lucas. Of course, somehow she falls into bed with Lucas (Bryan Dattilo), so it’s anyone’s guess how that’s going to go.

Later, Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) and Abigail (Marci Miller) are surprised when Lucas shows up drunk.

At least a few people are happy next week as Chad (Billy Flynn) proposes to Abigail. When Gabi (Camila Banus) learns what’s going on, her heart is broken, but she should have expected this.

Odds And Ends
In other Salem news, there’s a huge twist in Abe’s (James Reynolds) case, Sonny (Freddie Smith) and Chad realize they have the same idea, and an unexpected death shakes things up.
