The Days of our Lives for Wednesday, June 16, 2021, tease Belle going to extremes to prove a point, a dinner date from hell, and two old friends discussing the fairer sex.
Days of our Lives Spoilers Highlight
Sure, Jan (Heather Lindell) is supposedly in a coma, but Belle (Martha Madison) isn’t so easily convinced. Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that she’s still a little ticked that Jan framed her for murder…when she was supposedly still in her previous coma.
But how to go about proving, once and for all, whether Jan is most sincerely slumbering? How about loudly shouting that you’re going to disconnect the machines keeping her alive and seeing if she flinches? Or, how about just disconnecting the machines entirely? (Soap Hub thinks a needle prick to the foot might be more illuminating but whatevs, Belle.)
Making Acquaintances
Chanel (Precious Way) introduces Allie (Lindsay Arnold) to Paulina (Jackée Harry), and things get really awkward, really quick. Maybe it’s because Mama Price is surprised to learn that her daughter is partnering with a white girl in what is supposed to be a business owned and operated by minorities only….or maybe she can sense the sexual tension between the two young women.
Best Laid Plans
Bonnie Lockhart (Judi Evans) doesn’t ask for much. She only wants to be forgiven for every dirty, rotten, stinkin’ thing she’s ever done…oh, and she wants Justin (Wally Kurth) to fall in love with her…and for all of Justin’s friends and family to accept her. Is that all too much to ask for?
Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) certainly thinks so. Which probably goes a long way in explaining why the double date between him and his wife, and Bonnie and Justin goes so horribly, horribly awry.
Thank You For Being A Friend
It’s been quite some time since Abe (James Reynolds) and Roman (Josh Taylor) had a good old-fashioned bro down…and Abe is in desperate need of someone to talk to about his Paulina problem. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
