Days of Our Lives spoilers for August 5-9 promise an explosive week of Salem drama. Rex packs his bags, Ted checks out (permanently), and another familiar face returns to town. Make sure to set your DVR so you don’t miss a second of the action.

Ted Is Dead!
Ted (Gilles Marini) tries and fails to take on Kristen (Stay Haiduk) and it ends in tragedy. His heroics cost him his life when the crazy lady comes out on top. Of course, the murder is only the beginning of the drama.

Stefan’s Arrested!
In a bold twist, it’s Stefan (Brandon Barash) who’s going down for the murder. Kristen sets her bro up to take the fall and it looks like her plan will work. Stefan’s arrest rattles everyone — especially his brand-new wife.

Don’t expect Gabi to believe any of this for a second, though. She knows her man and will fight to get him free.

In fact, Stefan’s downfall brings her true feelings to the forefront. She’ll be forced to admit she is in love, after all.

She won’t be the only one who doesn’t believe Stefan’s guilty. Hope (Kristian Alfonso) steps in and launches her own investigation.

Something shady is going on and she’s determined to put all the pieces in their proper places.

The murder plot will have Tony (Thaao Penghlis) on edge. He’s had enough of the games and is already ready to cut ties. He becomes even more set on shutting down the sham when Anna arrives in town.

Sickening Seduction
It’s all good, Kristen has a new playmate. She finally gets Brady into bed and they turn up the heat. In fact, she’s so sure he’s fallen back in love with HER she considers taking off the mask.

A Match Made In Heaven?
Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) and Eric (Greg Vaughan) also do the deed. Rex is OUT and Eric is taking over as her main man. Expect hot romance from these two when they take things to the next level. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
