Days of Our Lives spoilers (DOOL) for Thursday, April 19 reveal Gabigail and Stefan realizing that if they want their ‘relationship’ to survive, they’ll need to leave Salem behind. You won’t want to miss a moment of this edge-of-your-seat episode!

Going On The Run
Gabigail is determined to be the dominant alter within Abigail (Marci Miller). She sees herself a real person who has needs and desires.

Right now, Stefan (Tyler Christopher) is the only one he seems to want to help her to make that happen. She admires and appreciates him for it — and perhaps there’s a bit more to it.

She wants to be with him in every sense of the word but they both know that can’t happen easily in Salem.

After all, John (Drake Hogestyn) will never give up on Marlena (Deidre Hall).

Their only hope is to make a run for it so they make plans to leave Salem.

Shocking Discovery
In their haste to get away, the two get a little sloppy. In fact, Kate (Lauren Koslow) spies the “mystery woman” at the mansion.

As uncomfortable as it may make her, Hope (Kristian Alfonso) reluctantly agrees to work with Rafe (Galen Gering) in order to help his sister.

Reconnecting
Lani (Sal Stowers) still mourns the loss of the life she thought she was going to have with JJ (Casey Moss) before everyone learned that Eli (Lamon Archey) fathered the baby she’s carrying.

But, that doesn’t stop her from opening up to JJ about her medical situation. How will he react?
