Days of Our Lives spoilers (DOOL) for February 5-9 promise a week of shock and surprises in Salem as a murder mystery plays out.

Mystery Solved?
Eli (Lamon Archey) has to stay true to his cop self and questions Gabi (Camila Banus) about the night of Andre’s murder. However, Rafe (Galen Gering) and Eli do have another suspect.

With spoilers revealing that Gabi (Camila Banus) is booked on murder charges, we’ll guess that suspect doesn’t pan out.

Meanwhile, Eli has other problems when Valerie (Vanessa Williams) issues Lani (Sal Stowers) an ultimatum, which prompts her to tell Eli the truth about her baby.

Daddy Dilemma
Eli then has an important decision to make.

Meanwhile, an oblivious JJ (Casey Moss) goes around telling more people his joyous news as he also pursues a new line of work. Will poor JJ ever learn the truth or will Eli decide not to claim his own child?

Devious DiMeras
But, back on the murder mystery front, Chad (Billy Flynn) and Abigail (Marci Miller) walk in on a heated moment between Vivian (Louise Sorel) and Stefan (Tyler Christopher), making them feel more suspicious than ever.

Powerful Poison
Steve’s (Stephen Nichols) condition worsens as Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) does all she can to figure out what the heck is wrong. So does Will (Chandler Massey). This leads him to confront John and shots soon ring out as Kayla confesses her fears to Marlena (Deidre Hall). Paul (Christopher Sean) then finds his own self in a very dangerous situation.

Odds And Ends
In other Salem news, Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Eve (Kassie DePaiva) go on a first real date, but is it only real in Eve’s mind?

Also, Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) realizes Ciara (Victoria Konefal) and Tripp (Lucas Adams) are keeping a secret and is determined to find out what it is.
