Lani (Sal Stowers) thinks if she says that JJ is the father often enough, perhaps she can actually pull this off.
After all, JJ is over the moon to be a father and after what happened to him over Christmas, Lani doesn’t have the heart to burst his bubble. Besides, what happened with Eli was a huge mistake she shouldn’t have to pay for forever.
Unfortunately, her baby’s grandmother got access to her private chart at the hospital and now knows the truth about when the baby was conceived. Valerie (Vanessa Williams) is furious and confronts Lani about her secret.
