Days of our Lives spoilers on Thursday, August 29, point to danger around every corner as Ava, Gabi, and Connie take steps to get what they want, how they want it.
Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) is very, very angry at Stefan (Brandon Barash). Sure, he worked tirelessly to get her out of prison and loves her madly. But he also slept with Ava (Tamara Braun) while Gabi was away. And then lied about it.
Gabi wants Stefan to pay. And it’s not bad enough that she messed up his plans to blackmail EJ (Dan Feuerriegel — here’s what you need to know) and get to take over DiMera Enterprises. She wants him to suffer more, which doesn’t just mean leaving him. It means leaving him and taking him for every penny Stefan is worth. That will make Stefan sad. Who cares if it will do the same to Gabi?
Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) knew about Stefan and Ava before Gabi did. She promised to keep it a secret, and she, in fact, did. Connie (Julie Dove — who talked with Soap Hub) was the one who actually spilled the beans. But Ava is on the warpath. And Kristen is…there. So she gets an earful.
But Connie isn’t done yet! She’s already killed EverBob (Blake Berris) and stabbed Rafe (Galen Gering) to cover up her murder of Li (Remington Hoffman) — which is the crime Gabi went to prison for in the first place. (See how this all comes together?)
Now, Connie needs to get rid of Melinda (Tina Huang), since Melinda caught onto the lies on Connie’s resume…which could lead to catching on to the lies she’s told in other areas. Sure, Connie could just stab Melinda like she did everyone else. But what fun would that be?
Chad (Billy Flynn) is more or less convinced he’s found a still-living Abigail (AnnaLynn McCord). But he doesn’t want to tell Thomas (Cary Christopher) yet, which is good since we just learned there’s a plot afoot. And we doubt “Abigail” is out to hurt Thomas because that would be weird.
