Should Theo and Claire Reunite on Days of our Lives?

Claire and Theo have been through a lot on Days of our Lives. She tried to kill her best-friend/aunt and ended up in a mental institution. The experience was so traumatic, it caused Claire (Isabel Durant) to get a brand new face.

Theo was shot by JJ (Casey Moss), recovered from paralysis, lost childhood love, Ciara, and moved to South Africa. The experience was so traumatic, it caused Theo (Cameron Jameson) to get a brand new face. Then, he returned to Salem and left just as quickly. But what if he were to return? Should they reunite? Not Necessary

That would be a bad – and pointless – idea, a winning 82% of you assert. For one thing, these aren’t even the original actors, so whatever chemistry they might have had once upon a time isn’t in play. For another, this wasn’t exactly a great love story to begin with.

Theo was in love with Ciara the whole time they were together – and Claire knew it. It was part of the fun. Starting up again now would really be starting from scratch. And there are too many more interesting stories going on that need air time to waste any time on Theo and Claire.

New Beginnings

Only 18% of the audience is intrigued to see where this might go. New actors mean a fresh start. It would be a do-over for a couple that never really clicked the first time. But that doesn’t mean something couldn’t happen now. This is actually the best of both worlds.

They are both established characters with strong ties to core families, but their new actors mean a Claire and Theo relationship won’t have been there, done that stale. It’s old with the new. Plus, that Charlie dude is creepy. We just know he’s connected to Allie (Lindsay Arnold) somehow… Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
