It’s not like the good people of Days Of Our Lives (DOOL) are strangers to faking feeling things they don’t feel.
John (Drake Hogysten) just went through a massive subterfuge that included pretending to kill Will (Chandler Massey), and actually poisoning Steve (Stephan Nichols).
But the lie Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) found onerous enough to leave Victor (John Aniston) over was that he and Brady (Eric Marstolf) are plotting together to take down Eve (Kassie DePaiva) – primarily by having Brady pretend to have romantic feelings for her.
But, what are the odds of those false feelings becoming real? Over 8,000 viewers weighed in:
It’s Just a Fantasy, It’s Not the Real Thing
Keep out, warn 67% of you. The snake pit that is Eve is NOT a trap you want to slip into.
Remember what happened to the last guy she professed to love?
Deimos (Vincent Irizarry)? Yeah, he ended up dead. And a couple of years ago, Eve was sleeping with JJ (Casey Moss) – her daughter’s boyfriend. Nothing is sacred for this woman!
Besides, Brady belongs with Theresa (Jen Lilly). She’s headed home and is Eve’s SISTER. Don’t blow your chance to reunite your family! Tate deserves it!
Sometimes a Lie Becomes the Truth
Eve and Brady are great together, argue the more romantic 33%. They get each other in a way no other partner ever has. They’ve both been hurt before, so they’re cautious. They’re also grownups.
Besides, with Theresa headed back to town, a torn-between-two-sisters-triangle promises to be a lot more fun than Brady just making a beeline back to Theresa. Sure, the story could always be Brady choosing between love and money. But wouldn’t it be better if Brady was truly caught between two women he truly loves?
