The DAYS spoilers recap for Wednesday, May 4, 2022, features several families in crisis, Leo Stark on the warpath, and so much more.
The family Deveraux has a question, and Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) is the only one who can provide the answer. Did she, or didn’t she kill Laura Horton in cold blood?
No, of course not, swore Gwen. Yeah right, thought Abigail Deveraux DiMera (Marci Miller). Jennifer Rose Horton Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) told Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) that she could find it in her heart to understand if he didn’t really want to turn his back on his firstborn…but the implication that he should was pretty darn clear.
After bidding his daughter adieu, possibly for the final time, Jack went home to comfort his grieving wife — who set about blaming Laura for her own murder *ahem* violent death. Back at the station, Abigail wondered aloud if Gwen had been honest, and Gwen delighted in telling her to guess!
Can Craig Wesley (Kevin Spirtas) find it in his heart to forgive Leo (Greg Rikaart) and take him back? Yes…and no. Craig can get over the betrayal, and he can even admit that Leo helped him become the self-confident, out of the closet man that he is today. But Craig can’t just forget that he’d been a conman’s mark. So, even though he loves Leo, they will never, ever, ever be getting back together. Like, ever.
Lest Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) forget the fact, Nancy Wesley (Patrika Darbo) is a grown-ass woman who can make her own decisions. If she wants to cavort with a man whose rap sheet is as long as she is tall, that’s Nancy’s prerogative. At least Clyde Weston (James Read) isn’t a gay man living a lie. That’s honestly a step up for Nance.
Leo is a man on a mission — destroy everyone who did him wrong. He’s already embarrassed Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) with that scandalous article, and now it’s Sonny Kiriakis’s (Zach Tinker) turn. And after Sonny, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), and his vacuous girlfriend. Muahahahahahahaha!
