The DAYS spoilers recap for Wednesday, May 11, 2022, features Ava Vitali giving Gwen Rizczech hope where once there was none and Maggie Horton Kiriakis playing God with her daughter’s health and happiness.
Gwen (Emily O’Brien) shouldn’t be asking what can she do for Ava (Tamara Braun), but rather what can Ava do for her. If Ava has her druthers, she’ll be busting Gwen out of jail posthaste, because she’s really, really sorry she sold her only friend up the river to save her own skin.
Ava’s also really, really worried that Gwen might escape on her own and come after her with a comically large syringe full of goofy juice, so there’s that. But it’s mostly because she feels bad for betraying her.
Call her selfish if you must, but Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) has actually enjoyed reraising Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) — albeit offscreen like the first time she raised her — and she’s just not convinced that she should inject her baby with a serum cooked up by a mad scientist. Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) disagrees.
Thanks to Sarah’s condition taking a sudden change for the worse, Maggie finds her hand forced. Luckily for all, the cure-all potion seems to work. Sarah’s out of her fugue state, and she knows exactly who hunky Xander is. Progress….progress.
Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) has got a proposition for Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash). And no, it’s not that kind of proposition. Get your head out of the gutter! She wants him back at DiMera Enterprises — no strings attached. Also, she’s kinda, sorta, sorry for stabbing him in the back. Jake would be a fool not to accept such an offer — and an apology…and he’s no fool (HA!).
Opposite this, Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker) agreed to take over the reins at Titan, much to Victor Kiriakis’s (John Aniston) pleasure.
Leo Stark (Greg Riaart) is gunning for his enemies…and the list is a long one. He’d love to have some help moving forward, but with his bestie in lockup, that doesn’t seem possible. Then again, Ava.
Miss a day, miss a lot. Luckily Kayla Brady Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) is ready, willing, and able to play audience surrogate, a role which requires her to do nothing more than sit and listen to Abigail Deveraux DiMera (Marci Miller) fill her in on the latest happenings.
Gwen’s a wrong’un? You don’t say! Laura Horton’s death may not have been an accident? Quelle surprise! I can catch up on all this and much more at soaphub.com? Well, why didn’t you say so, niece!
