DAYS Spoilers Recap for July 14: There’s Heartbreak All Over Salem

The DAYS spoilers recap for Thursday, July 14, 2022, features Sami Brady and Kate Roberts losing the love of their respective lives. Finally, they have something in common.

DAYS Spoilers Recap Highlights

Sami (Alison Sweeney) was all gung-ho to do battle with the *ahem* half-dressed lady hiding out in EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) bathroom, especially when she was under the impression that the lady was Nicole Walker Hernandez (Arianne Zucker). The fact that it was actually her little sister changed nothing; thank goodness EJ was on hand to keep the violence to a minimum.

After the bedroom farce concluded, Sami and EJ got down to the business at hand, namely, she was there to let him know that he was right and she was wrong — turns out Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) was the one who had her snatched and held captive for months on end. Oh, and she had also wanted to float the idea of getting back together with him, but she’s reconsidering that now. You know, because of the whole sleeping with Belle Black Brady (Martha Madison) thing.

DOOL Recap: Karma. It’s A Sami

Nicole feels bad for Sami, really she does. She feels bad for her as a woman, and as a human being. But she doesn’t actually feel bad for Sami. Does that make sense? It makes sense to us and Nicole. That’s what matters.

Days of our Lives Recap: Things Fall Apart

After all these years, and after all the countless makeups and breakups, Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) has a pretty good handle on what Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) will and will not tolerate. She was 99.9% sure that he would be pretty peeved if he ever found out that she was well aware that Lucas was Sami’s captor – and she was right. Roman is pretty peeved. Like, throwing Kate out on her behind peeved. Hey, at least she was right. That counts for something…right?

DOOL Recap: Suspicious Minds

Is Lucas capable of murder? His children don’t think so…until they convince themselves that he might very well be. And in Will Horton (Chandler Massey) and Allie Horton’s (Lindsay Arnold) defense, Lucas has killed before. Not in cold blood, and Franco Kelly was all kinds of awful, but Lucas did kill him. Also, why is no one bringing this up on the show?

DAYS Spoilers Recap: Where There’s Smoke

Will and Allie believe the worst about Lucas. Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) believes the worst about Lucas. And at this point, Lucas is starting to believe the worst about Lucas. But did he really stab his niece to death? Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) asked. Lucas didn’t have any answer.
