In this historical Days of our Lives recap, originally penned by Amber Sinclair, it’s June 3, 2019, a dark and dreary night. A strange friendship is forged, and several best-laid plans go to pot.

Days of our Lives Recap Highlights

The scene between Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and “Nicole” took a dramatic turn when she accused him of attacking her. Thankfully, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) diffused the situation and got Eric out the door.

Once alone, Kristen DiMera put her plan into motion to slowly seduce Brady. Unfortunately, all she got was stories about Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers), pity about Holly, and a friendly goodbye. She went into a full-on rage within minutes of Brady walking out the door.

Back at the apartment, Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) failed to find anything in Rolf’s notes to help Will Horton (Chandler Massey). However, they did laugh and joke about his face swap technology. Little did they realize the significance of that research.

Speaking of the diary, its keeper, Xander Cook (Paul Telfer), was busy making himself a new friend. He paid a visit to the Kiriakis mansion and found Maggie three sheets to the wind.

He used her state to bond with her, especially after she went off about seeing Kristen. He calmed her down, soothed her, and even fell asleep with her on the couch — which was where Brady found them!

Fireworks exploded between Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) and Stefan O. DiMera (Brandon Barash) — and not the good kind. He blamed her for Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) moving out but she threw that right back in his face. She didn’t force Stefan into bed, he went willingly!

Speaking of Chloe, she had it out with Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva) and blamed her for the whole Stefan situation. Eve did tell her to try him out, after all. Eve listened to her woes and tried to open up about her own but Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) cut them off.

Jack got his ego handed to him by Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes). She laid into Jack something fierce and made him listen to every word she had to say. He was screwing up his life and hurting everyone around him. Well, he was not going to stick around for that nonsense!

On their way back to their hotel room, they heard “Nicole” raging in her room. Eve wanted to reach out but they thought it best to let it be.
