The Days of our Lives recap for Monday, March 15, 2021, features Sarah being offered a reprieve, Julie copping an eyeful, and Ben leaning on Marlena in his time of need.
Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) awoke to find herself trussed up and imprisoned inside yet another secret room underneath the DiMera mansion. Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) arrived seconds later bearing some freshly purchased coffee and a few more explanations.
No, she’s not planning on killing Sarah. She’s not actually a murderer – Haley Chen notwithstanding. Nor is she exactly sure what she’s going to do with Sarah. There’s always the option of depositing her on a DiMera-owned island – the same one that Tony (Andre Penghlis) spent over 20 years inhabiting.
But whatever she may decide – and, quite frankly she just might decide that killing is an option if Sarah doesn’t stifle! – Kristen insists that her little scheme is going to benefit both herself AND Sarah.
How Sarah may ask? Well, Kristen ensures that she’s free to continue masquerading as Susan Banks, and Sarah winds up being divested of that awful, no good, lousy Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer).
Sarah counters that there’s no way her future hubby will give up on her. And he’d never believe some randomly sent break-up text. No, he’d wanna hear directly from the source. Kristen agreed and began to take mental measurements of her prisoner’s face…
Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) had quite an eventful morning. First, she happened upon a half-dressed Xander in the Horton living room – and though she protested greatly, that didn’t preclude her from sneaking an extra peek or two!
Afterward, she learned that Ciara (Victoria Konefal) had been rescued from her makeshift prison and rushed to University Hospital.
And while Julie made plans to visit her niece/step-granddaughter, Jack (Matthew Ashford) did his best to rally Xander who was depressed over the fact that he couldn’t reach Sarah.
Theo (Cameron Johnson) arrived at the hospital to check on Ciara and wound up reconnecting with Claire (Isabel Durant). They each caught the other up on their recent pasts – he’s single, but not ready to mingle, and a godfather; she dated a recently slain sociopath – and they both expressed worry over Mrs. Weston.
Meanwhile, Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) and Marlena (Deidre Hall) discussed the similarities between Ciara and Alice. Not Horton, you understand, but the one in Wonderland. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
