The Days of our Lives recap for Wednesday, March 3, 2021, features Gabi and Abby’s plan hitting a snag, Chad issuing a warning, and Xander dressing up.

Days of our Lives Recap Highlights

Abigail (Marci Miller) and Gabi (Camila Banus) dumped Gwen (Emily O’Brien) into a laundry bin, covered her in dirty sheets and towels, and wheeled her away. Nothing suspicious about two rich women lugging laundry throughout the square, right? Oh, and who cares about the cameras.

Caught Red Handed

Surprise! They were caught by Bonnie (Judi Evans). She was in quite a mood after getting dissed to the point of tears by Steve. Way to ruin her date, buddy. Anyway, this was a good twist to get her mind off that whole scene.

Gabi and Abigail had to come up with a series of lies about what was in the cart. Gabi claimed it was her new designs and Abby was her new employee. They were merely getting things ready for her grand opening. Bonnie did not buy it but she could not refute it.

The girls got Gwen into the tunnels. They played rock, paper, scissors about who had to tie Gwen up. Gabi lost. She stayed behind and got to work.

Home, For Now

Meanwhile, Chad (Billy Flynn) went to talk to his wife but wound up having a heart to heart with Jack (Matthew Ashford) instead. Chad laid into Jack about getting so close to Gwen, but who was Chad to judge. He did sleep with the nanny, after all. He warned Jack to choose wisely so he did not end up with Abby hating him, too.

Chad got a surprise when he went home. Abby was there in the living room (fresh from the tunnels, but he missed that part). She claimed to be settling back in. She did agree to move home, after all.

Insults and Backlash

Back at the pub, Justin (Wally Kurth) let Steve (Stephen Nichols) have it. How dare he treat Bonnie that way? Steve came up with a list of reasons but Justin was not having it. Neither was Kayla (Mary Beth Evans). They reminded him of his own shady past.

Wedding Plans Begin

Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) got a shock when she went to her room. Xander (Paul Telfer) was there in a compromising situation with a friend of her mother’s. It was not what it looked like, though. The woman between his legs was a seamstress, and she was just fitting Xander into his granddad’s kilt. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
