On Days of our Lives, Bonnie was so excited to be getting a nice juicy settlement from her publisher that she planted a big, wet kiss on her lawyer, Justin. Justin pulled back, and later downed drink after drink, presumably to get rid of the taste.
Days of our Lives Polling
He told Jack (Matthew Ashford) he is so not interested. He told Bonnie (Judi Evans) he is so not interested. But what about the fans? Are you interested in Bostin? What almost 3,000 viewers told us:
It was close, but 52% of the audience went with, “Ew, gross, so, so wrong.” Just because Bonnie looks like Adrienne doesn’t make her Adrienne. In fact, it makes the whole thing worse.
Justin (Wally Kurth) doesn’t need somebody who looks just like his late wife around. And he certainly doesn’t need the woman who once pretended to be his late wife – while his late wife languished in jail.
Justin falling for Bonnie would be a betrayal of everything he and Adrienne shared. And it would reward bad behavior. Can you imagine what life in Salem would be like if those who committed crimes weren’t held responsible for their actions? Think of what a terrible example that would set for the young people!
On the other hand, 48% of fans like the idea of Justin and Bonnie. Not because you care a whit for Bonnie. But because it would be just like having Adrienne back. Adrienne is the one you miss, and Adrienne is the one you want back. You figure Justin must feel the same way.
And if you and Justin can’t have Adrienne, well, then, Bonnie will have to do. He – and you – can close your eyes and think of England. Or Adrienne. Sure, Bonnie will end up feeling used. But who cares about her? She’s a bad person. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
