Days of our Lives Recaps: Monday, July 24
Marlena (Deidre Hall) heads for Whitley’s (Kim Coles) apartment and finds her attempting to gas herself and Abe (James Reynolds)…. Rafe (Galen Gering) and Jada (Elia Cantu) rush an unconscious Lani (Sal Stowers) to University Hospital. Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) treats Lani and sends Rafe and Jada on their way to Whitley’s…. Lani tells Paulina (Jackée Harry) and Eli (Lamon Archey) that Abe is alive…. Marlena manages to talk Whitley down.
Stephanie (Abigail Klein) put Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) and his antics on blast…. Chad (Billy Flynn) grouses to Theo (Cameron Johnson) about Alex insinuating himself into his and Stepanie’s lives. Chad catches Alex and Stephanie hugging and jumps to the wrong conclusion…. Paulina and Theo are reunited with Abe.
DAYS Recaps: Tuesday, July 25
Dr. Sorenson (Lisagaye Tomlinson) takes a sample of EJ’s (Dan Feuerriegel) DNA for genetic testing…. Sloan (Jessica Serfaty) makes a point of filling Nicole (Arianne Zucker) in on her pregnancy news…. Eric (Greg Vaughan) gives Brady (Eric Martsolf) what for his handling of Kristen (Stacy Haiduk)…. Belle (Martha Madison) referees Kristen and Brady. Kristen recants her statement against Brady.
Sloan suggests to Melinda that she try again with Li while Tripp (Lucas Adams) and Wendy (Victoria Grace) do much the same with Li. Later, Melinda and Li are chagrined when it appears they have been paired yet again by their matchmaker.

DOOL Recaps: Wednesday, July 26
Li’s and Melinda’s actual dates appear. The evening is disastrous for both, and they decide to commiserate together…. Sloan panics when Eric tells her that EJ’s DNA has been procured…. Stephanie and Chad’s date night is stymied first by Alex and then by Dimitri (Peter Porte) who has the gall to invite them to his and Gwen’s (Emily O’Brien) wedding. The couple winds up inviting a dejected Alex (whom Melinda sent packing) to their dinner…. Dimitri and Leo (Greg Rikaart) attempt to take advantage of Gwen’s absence to make love, but unbeknownst to the pair, Gwen makes her way back to the hotel room.
Days of our Lives Recaps: Thursday, July 27
Amnesiac Abe’s loved ones remain strangers to him…. Lani (Sal Stowers) is forced to say her goodbyes before being escorted back to Maryland…. Marlena reaches out to a spiraling Whitley. The progress being made is stymied by Paulina’s arrival. Paulina slaps Whitley across the face…. Gwen catches Leo and Dimitri in a most compromising position, but the gentlemen manage to cover beautifully.
DAYS Recaps: Friday, July 28
An anxious Sloan gets her hands on the results of EJ and Nicole’s genetic testing. Sure enough, the results indicate that EJ is not the father of Nicole’s baby…. Rafe and Jada agree to make their coupledom official at Gabi’s (Camila Banus) and Stefan’s (Bradon Barash) wedding…. Dimitri finagles his and Gwen’s way into Gabi and Stefan’s ceremony. Gwen is put out by the idea of a double wedding…. Leo raises his voice in (seeming) protest.
