They Had It Coming: Do Rafe And Nicole Deserve Ava’s Days of our Lives Wrath?

There’s your normal woman scorned on Days of our Lives, and then there’s Ava Vitale crossed. Ava (Tamara Braun) is literally breathing the same air as the devil. And hell still hath no fury like hers.

Ever since she found out that Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) cheated on her with “best friend” Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker), she’s been determined to make them both pay. First, she went after an innocent teddy bear. Then she had Rafe framed for police brutality. Is Ava going too far?

Overkill

Ava always goes too far, 57% of the audience reminds. That’s who Ava is. She doesn’t know how to do things in small doses. You crush her feelings, she crushes your skull. It’s what she was raised to do. Look at how far Ava went to hurt Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla Brady Johnson (Mary Beth Evans). She faked her death so that their son would go to jail for “killing” her. Honestly, this stunt with Rafe is low-key for her.

Days of our Lives: I’ve Gotta Be Me

The heart wants what the heart wants, 30% of you shrug. Ava let down her guard when she fell of Rafe. She thought he was one of the good guys. She thoughts she could be one of the good guys alongside him. How was she supposed to react when she learned that nice guys could betray her too. All Ava could do now was show him what happens when you disappoint her, 30% say.

Lucky Charms

Ava could have had them rubbed out, 13% of voters point out. Rafe and Nicole should consider themselves lucky that she didn’t. Rafe will be safer in jail than he would be out and about in Salem with a vengeful Ava around. And Nicole got off easy. She hasn’t had anything done to her. And she’s still breathing. Don’t push it.
