Should Brady Bring Rachel Back To Kristen on Days of our Lives?

Brady Black would rather his daughter, Rachel Isabella, continue living with half-brother Tate and Tate’s mother, Theresa Donovan, than bring her back to Days of our Lives, where Rachel’s mother, Kristen DiMera, can abscond with the kid, now that she’s out of jail.

Putting aside whether Theresa (Jen Lilley) wants to keep raising the daughter of the guy who dumped her, should Brady (Eric Martsolf) bring his little girl home?

A little over a third of you, 37%, are of the mind that Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) is a complete psycho who shouldn’t be anywhere near Rachel. She is much safer in California, presumably under the watchful eye of Theresa’s father, crack ISA agent Shane Donovan (Charles Shaughnessy), who is much better at taking care of the girl than all the combined resources of the Kiriakis and Black families.

Kristen only has power in Salem. Outside of that, she’s like the Wicked Witch of the West, who can’t just rip those slippers off Dorothy’s feet while she’s in the land of the Munchkins.

On the other hand, another third, 32% of the audience, agrees with Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin), who said that Kristen is a good mother, and she won’t run off with Rachel now, it would upset the girl too much. Brady has nothing to fear from Rachel being reunited with Kristen. Unless he’s afraid of Chloe’s other prediction, which is that Kristen doesn’t just want Rachel…she wants her daddy, too.

Finally, 31% would like to point out that Rachel is not Theresa’s kid — or Shane’s grandkid. They are not and should not be responsible for her. She’s Brady’s child — Brady’s responsibility. He can decide whether or not Rachel sees Kristen. But he should do it while taking care of the girl himself.
