Jumping ‘Java’: What’s Next For Jake and Ava on Days of our Lives?

Jake DiMera stopped Ava Vitale from ripping Nicole Walker’s head off on Days of our Lives, and the pair retired for a beer and some mutual shoulder crying. They seemed to be having a good time, which made us wonder what might be next for this odd couple.

Days of our Lives: Friends in Deed

Neither Jake (Brandon Barash) nor Ava (Tamara Braun) are particularly good at making friends. Ava just got clobbered by one of her few ones, and Jake’s BFF, Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) has got a lot going on these days.

What with his jailbird dad moving in…and the devil going after his baby… Ava and Jake can tell each other things they can’t tell other people. And 52% of you are really looking forward to watching this beautiful friendship develop.

DAYS: Fake It Till You Make It

Ava is furious with Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering), and Jake isn’t pleased that Gabi Hernandez (Camilla Banus) believed the devil over him. So 26% of the audience can’t think of a better revenge plan than for them to fake a relationship… and drive the siblings crazy. It could be pretty funny, as we can imagine Jake and Ava getting really into their roles… which is entertaining for us.

Days of our Lives: The Real Thing

Why fake a relationship when they can really go for it, 22% of viewers are wondering. They’re hot together, and they’re already friends – which is more than some other Salem couples could say.

They can scheme and plot against the good hypocrites all around them, then laugh at the damage they’ve caused. This is a power couple in the making. Can you imagine the DiMera criminal element joining forces with the Vitale clan? No one will ever know what hit them. Everyone who ever wronged them will be in for a world of pain!
